Why is the car not idling and remains accelerating even though the adjustment is at zero level?

what do you mean keeps accelerating? you mean when its idling the RPMs increase on their own ? and what adjustment are you referring about when you say the adjustment is at zero?

when idling, the RPMs stands at 2.5. the accelerating system is at zero and all adjustments are not responding and the running is very high plus consumption of fuel

sounds like the IACV (idle air control valve) is bad that or your idle just needs adjusting
