if the alt is indeed good then something is back feeding through that light and should be fixed so that when the alt does go bad you will know , you'll notice that before you start it that is one of the lights that are on power from the batt is lighting it and once the alt puts out it's 14+ volts it "cancels " it out
Battery light stays on. Have confirmed that both the Battery and Alternator are good.
