07 mini cooper gas in oil

. have gas smell in oil an the oil level is rising , any help or suggestion would be
appreciated.

You have a leaking fuel injector. Change the oil immediately if you drive it but I would pull the spark plugs and see if any are black with soot or wet with fuel.
