With this market are the values listed byR Edmonds and kbb correct or should they be lower?

They seem about correct since this is after the engine was redesigned to correct to problematic IMS.... That being said it'd be better to get an older one with a blown IMS for ~5,000 and buy an engine from a decent builder.... Cheaper, faster, and more reliable.
