2006 pt cruiser will not turn over -fans would not come on

This is a 2006 pt cruiser . First issue is it
would run hot -fans would not come on .  I
replacled the fan ,relays ,temp sensor . 2
issue is engine now will not even turn over
-turn key dash lights come on there's
power . Engine will just not crank . 3 rd
issue odometer stays on even with key out
,untill it finnaly kills the battery . I run codes
it said there was 4 ,2 where unknow ,2said
141 -book said that's a body control
module .

Let me add the 2 issue started after last time I cracked car and it would run hot . So it's been parked . The temp gage would not showing running only go to half mark . But you can feel and hear the heat from car .

if it has overheated, you may want to use a socket and ratchet (3/4 in or 19mm and put it no the crankshaft pulley and try to turn engine over with the tool, to make sure the engine is not seized
