my son let my 2006 pt cruiser run out of gas now it wont start does anyone know what could be wrong?

MAKE SURE THAT THE TIMING BELT ISNT BUSTED. THEIR IS A SMALL COVER ON THE DRIVER SIDE THAT CAN BE REOVED TO SEE IF THE CRANK SHAFT IS TURNING IT HAS 2 BOLTS ON THE DRIVER SIDE OF THE HEAD.

Thank you Maintenaceman it was the timing belt, now to check if it froze the water pump i will be tearing into it today Thanks!!!
