Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hello,,
My daughters 06 pt cruiser non turbo(164, 000) will
not start. It cranks over fine, no codes,  fuel
pressure is fine (57psi).  Two days ago I got it to
start and idle was rough then after a little while the
idle smoothed out  and ran fine the rest of that day
and the next. And now today it's doing the same
thing. It's cranking over but will not start. No codes
and rechecked the fuel pressure  and its OK... I'm
stumped

Thank you for your response and yes I have done that several times in fact. Would a bad ignition coil produce a code? In the past on different vehicles I remember if the ignition coil had a small crack in it it would run while the warm, then when it cooled after a matter of time the coil would cool expanding the crack and then it wouldn't start. Don't remember if that would set code or not
