Can I use E-85 fuel in our 06 PT

no. you have to use 87; unless you have a GT, then you have to use at least 91.

I have a 2.0L,2001 model PT Cruiser. I have used a 50/50 mix of E 85 and unleaded 95,this works fine in my 2 years use.
