how do I get to it? from inside the dash or from the outside. Do you know if it is on the right or left side of the vehicle if you are looking at the front windshield?

Is located under the driver side. If u r looking for it under the hood. U need to get a Haynes repair manual , that would be the best solution if u r doing it yourself. $30.00 is what it cost. But we'll worth it.
