2006 Chrysler Sebring Sudan boiling coolant/check engine light

Hello and thanks for checking the post out.
So I have a 2006 Chrysler Sebring 4 door
sudan v6 2.7L
I changed out the thermostat, radiator cap,
fan relays.
I have heard all types of potential issues
that could be causing the coolant res to be
boiling over.
The strange thing I cant find any info on is
the fact that when I start the car and turn
on the heat the car boils very quickly within
3-5min.
Any idea's or cheaper test I can do before
heading off to a mech.

you may need to bleed the system thru the bleed valve. If you had what happened to me you will need to replace the thermostat housing. Mine broke and no fluid was getting thru.
Ive changed the water pump thermostat thermostat housing rad cap radiator and still the car is over heating I have bleed out the system a few times and now coolant is coming out. Any other suggestions Also if you're planning on change tire water pump our be prepared to break the engine all the way down to the timing chain and make sure you know how to retune it properly or could result in bent valves and other things of that nature.
Is it boiling as in temp? Have you checked the temp with a rod thermometer? If it looks and sounds like boiling but isnt hot it could be a head gasket that popped and is letting the compression out through the radiator hoses.
if its a 2.7 they have a cheap water pump but the most of the time will only over heat on really hot days or if you let it sit and run for a really long time..most of the time you will not see it leak a drop but if it does you should see it on top of the A/C pump this engine was built really good for lots of miles but the water pump is not head gasket should last to about 300,000 with the timing chain i have done 20 + of these water pumps one more trick to try is when it starts to over heat turn on the A/C it should start to kool down or better yet try driving with the A/C on low which makes the fans stay on no over heating also most of the time it will not mix but when it does game over plugs the oil pump and smokes the crank
Not sure if you ever got your answer, but I had this happen. Mechanic put the thermostat in backwards. Watched a video on this, and that was the big warning.
Check coolant flow valve behind water pump make sure they are not clogged
this is a common fix for the problem that many people overlook
I just replaced the radiator cap and it stop boiling but not now i have steam coming from hose that im not sure why its doing that any suggestions?
