When I'm driving the abs light, the brake light and the traction control lights come on also all my lights dim while this is happening. The roads are clear and the lights go off when I apply my brake and will keep coming back on unless I turn my car off happened twice in one day and through off no codes

If there are abs lights and traction control lights then there should be codes stored in the computer. see if you can read extract them. Check all the wiring to the speed sensors on the wheels, check all the fuses and relays associated with the abs/ traction control system. Check all of the wheel bearings. I had an abs light that drove me nuts until I found a bad wheel bearing. the bearing ruined the sensor and kept throwing the light. also, check any ground wires you can find. both battery cables, both ends. also with your battery fully charged, have it load tested. Quite often weird electrical problems come from a bad ground or short.
