You probably have a 195° thermostat in the engine by the upper radiator hose. The upper radiator hose runs hotter than the lower radiator hose. The coolant flows threw the thermostat, threw the upper radiator hose and that coolant temperature can be from 195° F. to 205° F. The lower radiator hose coolant flow is much cooler. I don't know the typical temperature flowing threw the lower radiator hose.

Hi Rowefast, Thank your reply, this car's thermostat at the bottom of engine, connect to lower pipe, my car has problem for heat exchange I post question few times to look for the answer. I have to turn on the fully speed heat hot wind to keep the engine not more than 110℃(230℉), I test it yesterday, the fan control start and stop in correct temperature in first two times when idle engine, and it lost control when the car running between 40~70kmh for next 10 minutes, it could reach 114℃(237℉) and I got coolant boiling. I'm afraid the water pump fail just work weak, my upper temperature is 95~115℃(203~239℉) when lower pipe is about 35℃(95℉) in the environment temperature is -5℃.

Looks like the water pump should be changed out. The temperatures are proportionate to how they should run. Its just running too hot. The impeller of the water pump could be eroded away.
