I have the same problem, I changed the fuel pump and filter and the 1998 minivan ran just fine for a couple of days. Now it just cranks and has no fuel at the fuel rails???

Have the TIPM checked. There is a problem with Chrysler’s TIPM’s that can cause the fuel pump relay to either not get power or stay powered all of the time and run the battery down. The TIPM is the fuse block.
