2000 town and country and i was driving it and it had issues staying started I parked it and now it will not start. it turns over and almost wants to start but doesn't?

I have a 2000 town and country. I drove the van and all of a sudden it wouldn't go over 40
mph. Got the van home and parked it tried starting it and it turns over and wants to start
just won't catch..

fuel bus ,a small metal tube across engine has tire type valve under a screw off cover , chek gas pressure there
