I am answering My own Question: Since no one seem to Know where the Fuse Box was under the dash, Because there is NO FUSE BOX Under the Dash!!! It only has one under the Hood even though the Chilton's Manual said there was a Fuse Box under the Dash. The Fuse Box is Under the Hood to the Right of the Battery.. swapped out the DRL Fuse. Problem solved! I hope this save many others alot of time! Thank you, Chuck Bruno Phoenix AZ.
