Ignition coil

1 and 4 on the ignition coil is not getting no fire I
have replaced engine coil in the same thing is
happening any suggestions?

ive been haveing same problems with my 2004 town n country they said change plugs wires and coil pack did all that nothing changed after more reserch alot of people were saying check wireing harness its the one that goes from coil pack to all your injectors sure enough my wires were all melted together got one from junk yard and replaced it and it ran alot better but never was right but i would look at that forsure
