no power to inside of my 2002 chrysler town and counrty, and it wont start

I started my van like normal.  then everything inside "lights, raido, heat, odom lights" went off.  i quickly turned the key off.  Now the van will not start.  It turns over like it wants to, but to no avail.  I replaced a realy that seemed to be making a clicking sound under the hood, but still, nothing.  PLEASE HELP!
