Anyone have any ideas?

Asked by Erik Feb 09, 2020 at 07:04 PM about the 2003 Chrysler Town & Country Limited LWB FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hi my name is Erik and im having an issue with my
2003 chrysler T & C. It has 63K mi and its acting
like the torque converter is failing & it sometimes
shifts hard or erratic. The fluid is pink & free of
debris. There r no codes. I scanned it to check for
trans codes but it said there is no communication
with the transmission. Also once in a while the abs
light comes on but then the next day its off again,
this happens at least once a week. Any thoughts
as to what it could be? Thanks you for your time.

I would scan for the ABS codes first before tackling the transmission issue. You need a scanner that can read ABS codes.
