Tire System and Gas mileage

I have 2 problems.  1st After driving a about a mile I get a message that I need to service y
tire system "check manual".  Did that, there was nothing in there about that message.  
2nd problem is that I can fill up my Town & Country (328 miles to empty), then I drive
about 15 miles, it says 182 miles before empty, drive another 2 miles it says 90 miles b-4
empty.  Is the the computer chip that might be causing a false gas usage readout?
