Perform a compression test on that cylinder, 120psi - 180 anything below 90psi cylinder wont fire. If compression is good. Coil pack,or injector maybe suspect, to test coil pack move coil pack to adjacent cylinder see if the misfire moves. Do not attempt to remove w engine running, damage to electronics,or personal injury may result, coilpack has about 10-15,000 volts during discharge.

Id go with a bent valve in #2 cylinder if the spring broke did the valve drop and make contact with the piston? Compression test on cylinder # 2 is required, and see if your injector is pulsing with a noid light

sounds like the fuel injector harness is coming apart. seen this many times causes a cylinder misfire and it's not a injector it was the harness
