I found the answere at Advance Auto Parts. it was the rear tail light Bulb. There are two, one was burned out. Raise the lift gate. The rear light to the Van is held in place two bumper/fender retainers that pop out with a knife or flat screw driver. Replaced the bulb, one of the plastic bumper/fender retainers broke and Advanced Auto Parts had that too. Pushed the retainers in place and the turned signaled worked and I'm on my way for less than $11.00!

But turn signal on the right side right front won't work and then it's intermittent where I can turn this control to the right and left turn signal come on
