I have a 2005 Town and Country minivan when I'm parked and put it in drive and start to drive from 1st gear to 2nd gear shift hard, like a jerk

When I'm at a stoplight and go to accelerate from
first to second gear my van will jerk and
sometimes I'll do it from 2nd to 3rd

can also be something as simple as a slight misfire or needing plugs and wires and maybe coil packs. ive seen that also fix the hard shifts. either that or transmission internal issues with the solenoids for the clutches usually go bad and make hard shift. usually pressure solenoid ✌ take care much love from st louis
