Cooling fan comes on when car is not up to
temperature and runs when car is shut off

Maybe the temperature sensor needs replacing.

    All of sudden, when the air conditioner was working, the fan speed shut off. Air still worked and speed 1,2,3,4 did not work but top speed only worked. This is the 3.8L.
