,2006 T,&C won't start after replacing the key switch

I put a used ingtion on my T&C and it won't
start, turns over and almost starts but
nothing. I think it's the alarm system but I
don't have the old key , how can I reset it
with out the old key.

the key probably has a chip and there's a transponder in the column , dealer can reset if that is the problem , going to cost you
