Question type: Maintenance & Repair

So replace the spark plugs and wires with
proper gap... Tested alternator and battery..
tried to bypass starter solenoid by touching
both ends with a screw driver no spark....
Pulled and replaces all fuses... Don't under
stand y it won't start I fix a lot of cars
regularly and this is the first time I got into
this problem. Is there something regulating
the power being sent to the starter or a relay
the manual doesn't mention... Appreciate any
advice and thanks for taking the time to look
over

It could be several things including a faulty ignition switch, camshaft sensor or crankshaft sensor (could require shims when replaced). If the fuel injectors are not firing, then it would lean to a faulty camshaft sensor. A faulty crankshaft sensor will not be able to help the engine computer to reference top dead center, and subsequently will not be able to tell the engine which cylinder needs to fire first. You will need to probe the fuse box in the engine compartment to diagnose a bad ignition switch. All of these could lead to a no start condition.
