2000 Buick Shifting issue - could it be heat?
I have a 2000 Buick Century and have wht appears to be the common solenoid
problem but... could it be the tranny overheating instead? The car will run great and
get good gas mileage all through winter but let the temperature rise above 70 degrees
and then the car starts running rough, the transmission downshifts hard in 2nd, and
gets poor gas mileage. That all occurs mainly when the engine temperature rises
above the range it runs in the winter so, could it be a fluid cooling problem?
