where is the fuse for interior lights on a 2000 buick century

Fuse box should be under the hood. There might be 2 Fuse Boxes on the driver's side, or 1 big one. Get out your manual, because some fuse boxes are behind ashtrays or in behind your panel in front of the steering wheel, go through the side panel to get at that. Your interior light will most likely be under your hood on the driver's side. If you find It's not the fuse, it would be the bulb. The dome light on the car ceiling can just be popped out with a small screwdriver. Replace bulb and snap the cover back into place.
