Wont start

Just installed a new battery and starter. Will
not start still but I have lights and
everything. What am I missing?

You did not tell us how the car was acting before or why you installed the battery and starter. On those engines, several things could cause the no start, you could have a bad fuel pump, the crank sensor could be bad, you need a shop to run down the problem.
