Have a 2001 Buick Century limited with a 3.1 engine when car is started it makes a scratching noise in park & neutral only . Sometimes when you turn key to accessory the car will start on it's own .

purchased new starter and checked
neutral safety switch and had ignition
switch checked they checked out fine.
Any ideas someone may ran across
same problem. HELP!

As far as the vehicle starting in the accessory position the neutral safety switch may need to be adjusted and the scratching noise need more information before giving any advice.
