MY CAR WONT CRANK BUT IT TURNS OVER LIKE ITS ABOUT TO CRANK I HAVE REPLACE MOST OF PARTS BUT IT STILL WONT CRANK. COULD IT BE MY TIMING?

In distributorless ingition systems such as the one used in your 2002 Century, the culprit is most likely a bad sensor such as the the one tracking the crank position. If this sensor isn't transmitting a signal to the PCM (powertrain control module) which is the car's main computer, a no-start condition will result. If your car has high mileage, this is something to definitely look at.
