My car will not start unless foot is depressed on gas pedal. In combination it will randomly decide to idle, then at other times decide to stop completely. What could cause this?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

2002 buick century. Recently back
fired, replaced the IAC, fully cleaned
the throttle body, all injectors are
working, new spark plug wires, new
fuel filter, fuel lines. It is running
without a mass airflow sensor. I'm
kind of baffled on what it could be.

The intake air temperature sensor replaces the stove kit, diverter, heat riser and thermal spring....choke...all in one sensor...and it ain't that expensive like 15 bucks or so~
