Remove the 4 nuts there are possibly more but most seats I do have only 4, next remove and eletrical connectors if its a power adjustable seat... simply reverse the process torquing the nuts to the proper spec. With the correct tools this takes 15 minutes remove and 15 to install.. at an relaxed pace.

Are the nuts on the side of the tracks? I cannot see them. The seat will not move. Need to replace the switch that moves it back and forth.
First thing is to remove the two drive cables from drive motor. They are flexable and are in a plastic casing.Don't worry they won't break when bending them.Next is to go behind seat and locate the track adjusting racks. They are threaded like the threads on a C clamp.I then used a cut off wheel to cut slots on the ends of the racks. Then your able to use a screw driver to manually turn the racks to forward the seat to access mount bolts. Make sure you move racks evenly to keep them in sequence, if not the tracks will bind. I turned each one about 1&1/2 turns at a time.Good luck.
