03 Buick Century

Asked by Guru5V4DT Oct 10, 2019 at 10:51 PM about the 2003 Buick Century Sedan FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Parked car last night and all was well.  Went out this morning and we have no
electrical systems at all.  No lights, no locks, no anything.  Won't jump.
Nothing.  Any ideas?

Check the battery cables are tight, no frayed ends, check for voltage. May want to pull battery and get it load tested, but if it's dead it will have to be fully charged first. When you hooked up jumper cables you should have gotten power on in the car, if not then check main (mega) fuse.

Thank you very much. It's a new battery - and I did check the cables, but not well enough. Rechecked it, and yes, the neg cable was just a little loose. Fixed!
