I'm possibly selling a car to someone in Michigan would that effect the title or
signing over?

No problem. The buyer will have to register it and pay the taxes in Michigan.

Nope, you just fill out the seller portion of the title the same as if you were selling the vehicle to someone in your home State. When you receive payment, release the vehicle and the title to the buyer. Hope that helps! Jim
