Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My car died in the middle of driving it. We had to
tow it home and we replaced the battery and
alternator and sprayed starter fluid in it. It is
turning over and very close to starting it wants to
start something is just stopping it. Anyone have
any suggestions on what to try next before i

The crank position sensor could be bad or sometimes they short out if they get oil in the connectors
