Does the Backseat fold down at all?

Does the backseat fold down at all? I'm trying to put subs in the trunk and wondering how accessible the trunk is.

Actually I think its one of the few cars out there that doesn't have folding rear seats.

It's not very accessible I locked my key in the trunk and found out the hard way. To access the trunk you unhook the seat fold it forward some(it wont fold completely) undo the screws holding the net behind the seat and remove the carpet board. If you're replacing the speakers behind the left seat it's easier just to lay in your trunk. Hope this helps

there are staps on both sides of the rear seat, but i can't find a latch anywhere

I own a 2007 Buick lacrosse cx and put subs in and the seats dont fold down I'm trying to find something aftermarket
