1995 buick wont go into gears

I have a 1995 Buick LeSabre Custom, lately, the car will not go into gear until the car has warmed up. Once in gear, the car runs fine, shifts fine. This started about a two months ago, I start the car and have to wait about 10-15 minutes and then I can drive away

sounds like the tranny fluid is either low or the filter needs changed .... jiffy lube can do this for about 100.oo or take it to the dealer if you want to spend more ....
