My engine light just came on but every time I go to
the shop to try to run the test while the light is on it
cuts off before I can have it check out

That year the computer did not hold a hard memory, when light is on do not shut off the engine and have code read.

Well now the light don't come anymore I don't know when it will come on again but could it had been because my connection to my air filter was hook when I hook it back it never came on after that
