While it is technically possible to have an internal draw through the alternator due to a bad diode, don't just throw one in before checking other causes first. Normally when an alternator fails the car will not stay running after it jump starts since there would be no output to create the electricity necessary to run the car. Has the battery been tested and passed? Another thing you can do is disconnect the battery overnight, if it starts in the morning you have a draw, if not it is simply the battery. Also when you connect the battery note if there is any sparking. There may be a small spark do to things like clocks and computer back ups but if there is a strong spark or arcing it indicates a stronger draw. If you have a draw it is some what tedious to find. Let us know how the battery tests and whether it starts after the battery has been disconnected overnight and we can proceed from there.

I'm having this same issue, was told to disconnect the air conditioning and see if that's it. I'm trying that today.

2015. Try new blinker light fluids, WD-40 the battery terminals, drain transmission, and maybe full speed dash off a bridge. Things work themselves out spontaneously.

Have you checked the sensor plug in the bearing assemblies on the front. I have the same problem and believe this is what's causing it. As soon as I changed my bearing assembly the issue went away for 3 days. 1 big bump and it's back. I wiggled the plug and it went away again. I need to find exactly where the issue is so I can permanently fix it.

Wasn't my air conditioner, changed both baring assemblies in the front end. I'm not checking fuses for parasitic draw. 3 fuses are drawing power. Powertrain Control Module Battery fuse, HVAC Battery fuse and Driver’s Door Module fuse. I've also fount the security light stays on all the time. I pulled all 3 fuses and it didn't turn off the security light. I'm going to try and disconnect the security system first, because when I unlock the door if I don't open it right away and wait a few minutes, when I do open it the alarm goes off. I've read on other forums that bypassing the alarm has fixed the problem.

Make sure your lighter does not have loose change inside. Crazy enough, it caused mine to short out every crank!
