1999 Buick LaSabre won't start at all. What can I do?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

First of all started having problems with car starting. Did research and decided it was MAF
sensor. Tapped on it and seemed to help, so decided to get MAF cleaner to fix. After
cleaning sensor car did not start. Bought a new MAF sensor and car still will not start, but
lights come on fine. Tested voltage with 12.6V from the battery. And the engine doesn't
even turn over at this time. Also tried jumping it and does nothing.

I'm no mechanic but try the checking wires connecting the starter including the coil mine were lose kept it from starting
