Right turn signals are faster than the left

Thanks for the ideas y’all, I’m gonna check it out in the morning and see. I do have a light out on the right side but it is down on the bottom I thought it was just a fog light / running light and wouldn’t effect anything. But I’m gonna replace it and see what happens,
