Temp gauge  on my 2000buick
lesabre has gone wacko normal
position is 110'clock its now at 5
0'clock engines run normal temp

Clean your battery terminals and the ground connection, the other end. Establish good power (not corrosion...buah) and see if this problem goes away.

your t-stat may be faulty. How long does it take to come up to operating temperature? 5 minutes 15 minutes, immediately?
