where is the fuse for 2001 Buick LeSabre custom located

It should be listed on the panel under the dash board , you'll probably have to pull the door panel and see what has power/ground and what don't with your multi tester , one screw is behind the reflector on the bottom towards the rear of the door , A wire in the door jamb boot may have broken also

If the other power windows work from their own switch then it’s not a fuse or circuit breaker. Most common problems are, bad master switch, open circuit in the window motor, jammed window regulator, broken wiring inside the tunnel between the door and the body.

fuse box might be the under rear seat or left side of dashboard.
