Clean the Mass Air Flow Sensor with a spray MAF cleaner, and clean up the throttle body and the plate also, with some carburetor cleaner. Do not use the carburetor cleaner on the MAF. If there is still a problem the Idle Air Control Valve would need to be taken out and the port cleaned along with the IAC. If there is still a problem then replace the IAC.
