2001 Buick lesabre won’t start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

So I inherited a car from my grand father when he
passed, it had sat in his drive way and would be
started weekly just to burn off gas/move oil. It has
almost no miles on it because he never drove. Well
when he passed we drove the car to my house
about 30 miles away and drove it around town a
couple times but quit because the registration was
out. Then after awhile I went to start it and nothing,
lights would come on, but wouldn’t start, no click
from the starter. I did hear the fuel pump hum when
I first turned the key though. Changed the battery,
checked all the fuses, none of the relays were
busted. I tried the secuity reset (even though the
security light wouldn’t stay constant or flash.)
checked all the connections under the hood and
everything is tight. Jumped the starter with a screw
driver and it spun well. I haven’t checked the codes
cause I can’t get it running to take it to auto zone. Is
there anything I could have missed?
