2002 Buick LeSabre 3.8 no start no crank

I have a 2002 buick lesabre 3.8 fwd I have to replace the transmission because it blew a hole on the passenger side where the cv axle goes in and the car wouldn't move so I towed it home got a junk yard transmission put it in and now the car wont start nothing the lights on the dash come one sometimes and sometimes it doesn't the security light isn't on and isn't flashing so I'm soo lost checked all fuses good and also checked all ground wires good. jumped the started and it cranks over but wont start. Please Someone HELP thanks.

Does the fuel pump kick on? If not check that or wire harness that powers the fuel pump

No fuel pump isn't kicking on either is starter when turn key it does nothing u can here the fuse box under hood and one under back seat click but if u jumper the fuel pump and starter they work its making me soon mad cleaned up all grounds
