why is there  2 different part numbers for my 2003 buick lesabre custom  one
ie 3057  the other is 3157   they both fit ?

It appears the 3157 is listed as a "long life", and the 3057 is the standard bulb, depending on how much more they want for the 3157 and how difficult they are to change will make the decision for you.
