My buick lesabre wont crank or turn at all.. just replaced the starter and I have a new battery and its full of power.. also did a bypass with the starter sylonoid and wouldnt start just run.Whatnext?

I ran a wire manually from the starter
sylonoid to another sylonoid right next to
it and all it was doing was cranking and
not igniting. (Just turning)while the key
was on the on position.

do your dash lights ,radio, gauges come on if you turn your key on
