will lowering the rear ride height adjustment reduce the annoying body roll when cornering

Yes, Lowering a vehicle with the proper suspension compnents can greatly affect the "bodyroll" of a vehicle.. With a suspension drop your cornering speed and acceleration in a turn will be increased as well.

I am interested in lowering my '03 LeSabre. How did you go about it? I have searched and scoured to no avail, and am considering torching the coils. Any advice?
