2004 Buick lasabre keeps jerking during driving

Hi! What type of jerking? Does it jerk during shifting? Or is it in the wheel? Are there particular noises coming from the front-end? I love Buick Lesabre's! Awesome cars!

My 2004 lesabre jerks when the trans shifts The front motor mount was worn and replacing that helped a lot. But I still shifts ruff and jerks from time to time. I have changed the trans fluid and filter and that helped for a while. Seafoam transmission cleaner also seems to help. I am around 180,000 miles now ,

Check your coil packs. If you have a bad one that's what it feels like. I had one like that.
